I haven't posted anything for a little while since I took a week or two off over spring break to consider the future of this channel moving forward and I've gotta say,I'm feeling a little demotivated currently and not too optimistic about its future.From the lack of my views going up over the last few months to the regular length of my videos being watched usually being three minutes or less,I have slowly begun losing passion for this channel over the last few months.This may be partially do to this channel's large majority of its traffic coming from shorts which has caused a large majority of my viewers to lack interest in watching my longer form videos,which is the main kind of content I want to keep making moving forward.Another issue with my current channel might simply be the topics are just far too niche or don't do well on Youtube's trending retro gaming topics.All of this said,I'm taking a break from my JPEG JIMMY channel for now and focusing my efforts on a new channel that I have in the works.This new upcoming channel will not be on retro games but rather is planned to be some form of a commentator channel where I will just be covering more trendy stuff and whatever topics I feel like.This doesn't mean I'll never make retro gaming content on here but I no longer have retro gaming videos planned.My GTA Advance video got shelved mid process due to just lacking any real drive to finish it since I wasn't really sure what was the point if the video was statistically unlikely to even pull in over 2,000 views.I will make a video here soon going more into detail but all of this is to say,I am taking a break from this channel...Thanks for sticking around with me for the last year or two.It has been fun...And I'll let you know when my next channel is ready
