I watched your videos long long time ago but just several months ago I resumed my journey with you even though I was doing yoga before this on my own .. but got to say you got me hooked this time and my yoga routine is the highlight of my day ❤. I just want to thank you so much Adriene for all of the amazing yoga practice videos that you have done over the years and I hope you continue to do them forever. I discovered your videos a few years ago when I first retired and needed to make sure I stayed in a decent routine and your videos literally saved me. As an older person I was a huge fall risk but now I have my balance back and I'm doing so much better. God Bless you for being a gift to all of us. 🙏 Namaste.
