Recipe: This is made is a 18qt roasting pan. So it will be a little different based of the size of your pot. Beef bones ( I usually go to the butcher and buy 3 bags of stock bones) 7 sticks celery chopped 3 onions (with brown paper thrown in. It makes the broth a deep golden color) 7 large carrots rough chopped Med container of bella mushrooms Med head of lions mane mushroom. 1 teaspoon black peppercorn 2 tablespoon nature's seasoning 2 tablespoon smoked paprika 2 tablespoon sea salt Fill up with spring water, put on low or 200 degrees for 2 days. Let cool completely & take liquid and start putting them in (glass) storage jars. You can can or freeze. The smell of your house will be AMAZING and the broth is even BETTER!! You can use this also with Chicken, Lamb, vegetable, Venison and seafood. You can add anything you want. Try and keep it neutral so you can season to taste whatever you will be adding this too! ❤️❤️
