In terms of pure land Area, Genghis Knan had the biggest empire of his time. Napoleon also left a legacy of a pure military might and so did Alexander but I gotta give it to Genghis, the man made literal genocides to those who dared defy and the Mongols have a much feared history.

IMO had to be napoleon, he went against the most powerful nations in the world with a weak France and beat them 5 times, and he almost won Waterloo, the fact he did all of this when there were guns and cannons was outstanding.

Napoleon managed to conquer almost all of Europe while France was in chaos a few years ago + he changed the world history with his new implementations in Europe.

Alexander for sure, he litteraly conquered every known piece of land at that point, this is like if genghis khan conquered whole eurasis or napoleon the whole world. The empire only fell because he died

to me, Hannibal Barca, the fact that he lead his army through the alps and going through disease infested muds is just so crazy!

I feel like Attila and Ghengis Khan are pretty even in military strategy, even though Attila’s land was a lot less (Fun fact: Attila the Hun is my ancestor)

Napoleon had such good battle strategies the only way his enemies had thought to win was to be cowards. They could only run away in fear from his might.

Gaius Iulius Caesar the Great. After that comes Alexandros the Great. And then come all the other. 🌿
