We must keep in mind that she's still technically a child, so I'd imagine that her human form would look more like a young teen instead of a "th***" adult. That is, however, not what I think is happening. I believe the blue tomatoes are greatly healing her heart and the process is very painful.

Her heart starts to beat and absorb mana due to the benefits of the blue tomatoes. It evolves her giving her enormous power. The trouble some monsters that are commanded by the dark lord is nearing the cave and towe manager sees this and decided to protect see jun and leave the castle to protect him

I suspect a seizure got seo into the tower and his mana infused plants are supplementing the concentration of magic in her room and keeping her healthy. I also suspect the other dragons brought a high quality mana infused plant and seo might be better off replanting it instead of the tower manager using it right away

Other: I think there’s something else about her we don’t know yet. We didn’t receive any hints that she was in the tower to keep her self alive, or more accurately, not die and decompose. My best guess is that we can’t guess what happened to her.

the blue moon was at least 5 times more powerful than usual so when she ate them all at once she started to feel her heart beat but her body is not ready for that just yet

Her heart is absorbing the energy of the tower to recover and it is absorbing it best through the stat boosts of his plants. I'll bet her stats were lower than those of her family but dragons can't check their own status

if i understood all that and as far as i know about dragons they are whips that are known for not having emotions and being very stingy and lazy the start of her heart beating could be a developmental stage where her body is fighting her illness and the pain she is feeling it's called untying the chi, I can't remember what the anime calls it, but it absorbs that energy and opens a new part of the chi

It could be that the blue moon energy might be harmful to her or as some say her body might be getting to much mana anything could happen as this point

I think the energy from the blue moon is hurting her as her body tries to fight it's effects. She looked pained in the last images. I think she might have seojun make another promise to not give her anymore blue moon crops anymore if that's the case. Though I really hope it isn't

From what has been given, She is not the official tower manager and was pot in the position to save her life. That is why she lives even though her heart isn’t beating but it is only a temporary fix and is also why her grandfather and dad are looking for the cure and not in the tower. The food is healing her but five moon tomatoes are to much at one time and sent her into a seizure. I just hope something good comes out of it.

I think she gonna transform cause she couldn't use her heart couldn't handle mana so I'm thinking the tomatoes she ate increased her mana permanently and she might be able to switch to her human form

well from knowing the whole season 1 but waiting for season two i may think the dragons heart will be healed and maybe met the farmer physically not just using her notifications
