The hustle mentality does not and will never align with the callings of God because God never created us to werk, werk, werk, werk, werk.
He created rest because rest is when we are made whole in Him. God created us to rest because rest is where and when we receive fully and openly from God.
You rest. You recover. You receive from God. Then you go and do what God has called you to do. Once that step is done, you go back to rest to repeat the process. Rest is not the last resort... It's a part of the process.
And it took me way too long to learn that lesson.
This summer, I was a full-time mom of 3! I was interviewed by 9 different podcasts & summits! I created and launched an amazing 3-day LIVE event for single Christian women and that led to an amazing online membership where they can now use their existing faith to strengthen themselves as women of God and prepare for what He has in store for them.
And now it's my turn to rest and receive from the Lord.
There is SO MUCH still to come before the year is over! And I don't want to burn out trying to make it all happen. I don't wanna sit here and pretend like I can do it all without God.
So for the next week, I will be pausing all posts, LIVES, coaching sessions, interviews, etc.
And as long as God thinks it's ok, I'll be back next week to give you more tips, lessons, and ways to redirect your sights back to God when it comes to your relationships!

(* maybe... I did try to take a one-month holiday break last year and the Holy Spirit straight-up sat me down for six months to rebrand myself and realign my business! So we'll see 😉)
