Then there's the stress of having too much stress because of it's downsides. It's a loophole.

Honestly, I want to find a grey hair. I should’ve died when I was 10, so living long enough to get greys would be awesome.

When I was a new mom to my eldest I remember her Dr saying positive stressors were important. They helped with so many developmental skills.

Basically challenges and achievements on a short time scale without major risks when failing.

I stopped caring about things that are out of my control a long time ago. I’m better for it. Stopped watching the news, stopped talking politics, stopped listening to others whine about the minutia of their lives. (The trivial shit.) I basically only care about my wife, kids, family, and a few close friends. The rest I just tune out.

Some asshole is pretending to drive my corolla so now I gotta get rid of it. I don't have friends but apparently someone else is applying for jobs. Look forward to being in Georgia in six months.

Another reason not to stress about grey hairs: some of us like a Silver Fox 😉

I'm a university student and I seldom get stressed about anything. This is extremely bad. I cannot for the life of me prepare for basically any test because I never feel that pit of fear and dread in my stomach when the test is coming. I need to wait right until the test date to start preparing because it's only then the fear or stress is high enough for me to care to stop wasting time doing garbage. I have prepared for end year law exams ON THE DAY of the exam, what I mean is, on the day I write the exam is when I find out what the scope is and what venue I'm writing in, I hadn't touched the content before then. Worst part? When I walk into the venue(often quite late) and I check my heart rate, it's fine, even though I should be scared to death given I didn't prepare. I've just been very lucky to get this far but getting this degree will be one of the hardest things I will have done because of this lack of stress. It's good in many instances like having to give speeches but it's hell for schoolwork and getting ready on time for things.
