Michael Myers is definitely more overrated. Literally people think Michael Myers is the strongest slasher or negs all horror which is pure cap. Many meatriders have said Cot Michael beat's all versions of Jason even knowing that he only slams Human Jason and Remake Jason but the Jason's from Part 6-FVJ shit stomps Cot Michael besides Part 9. And gooners like SpitFire and Tyrannos really glaze the fuck out of him. Jason Voorhees is overrated but I've hardly ever seen people overestimate him. He has been getting kinda underrated and underestimated due to haters slandering him on a daily basis. However the most overrated scary movie character is 100% Ghostface without a doubt. Michael is more overrated but if we use the most overrated versions of Michael and Jason Part 6 vs COT in terms of overrated I’d give it to Jason but overall I’d say Michael is more overrated

I don't like Jason that much but these days I guess Michael is more overrated these days. I hear Jason praised a bit less because his movies are all very mixed in quality but the first one wasn't that great. In Halloween's case it's the opposite and I think people have rose colored glasses in terms of the first Halloween being very good but the later movies becoming very bad in some cases. Also Jason suffered not much in terms of prequels and reboots which made the franchise worse but just having a lot of sequels that aren't that good and his character was reimagined less I think.

Both are equally overrated one is not more overrated than the other but the one character that absolutely no one talks about are the scream fans the most overrated and glazed franchise in horror and nobody and I mean nobody talks about it. It’s always oh Michael fans are toxic or oh Jason fans glaze Jason but literally nobody talks about scream fans there are literally people who think Mickey can beat pinhead im dead serious 💀
