That is what we were tough in the 90 when I was studying to become a physio... Schulz, eutonie, Jakobson, Feldenkraïs, Bircher, Budwig... we were given an holistic knowledge to care for our patients, for ourselves and live in a better society. I wish I had studied more but it was sooo expensive. Yoga was there but not such a thing at it is today, we had wisdom and cultural wisdom thtough all those precursors... so many more people / masters today forgoten. Lots of what they were teaching is still very right and now science have proven lots of their techniques , it's fascinating that there is a lot in common with yoga and meditation. Good luck to all the people entering this formation / journey. Becoming a physio at that time with all those practice made my life better ! I'm gratefull for this circulating knowledge and wisdom.

Most people arrive at yoga for the poses.
But what if I told you that asana is only one small branch of a vast, living tree?
In yoga, there are 8 limbs that we explore and embody together, ethical living, meditation, self-study, and more.
The poses are just the doorway. The real journey begins when we discover how yoga changes how we live, breathe, love, and grow.
In 10 days, Embodied Wisdom 200hr YTT opens for the 25/26 cohort. A 9-month exploration into these deeper layers of yoga. If you’ve been longing to go beyond the mat, you might feel called to step in.
