I'm creating a follow-up video for my Arcane project. Please post any questions you might have, or something you want me to cover more in-depth in the comments of this post. 👇👇👇

@gart2888

The compositing part, I love to see how you hack the render pases and mix it to get the desired look.

Something I would like to be told more in depth is the brush strokes that you make. I’ve always wanted to try something like that but I don’t understand how you do it. It looks so cool on 2d characters😻 (like jinx). Also, it would be nice to explore deeper on how to make the hair. And how you animate it to go along with Jinx’s head. And, the texture. The hair texture is also something I think looks amazing 🤩 It would be great to explain more in depth how that wor

@myrez_

Definitelly the hair system! And how you animated it

@ArenL

Definitely the hair system. It looks incredible! It both looks and works pretty much exactly like in the show

Not a question but just a thank you for making this and sharing the process with all of us. I've seen a few people freak out about the title saying "$0", which I take as no additional subscription fees for expensive software. They say it disrespects the artists of Arcane. These people want something to complain about.

@laks786

It would be lovely if you could cover how they were able to blend 2d backgrounds and effects so seamlessly as if your thought process and what to do and not to do when blending 2d and 3d. Also an arcane hair tutorial will also, I believe your'e on the right track about making the arcane hair right.

@mysteryunlimited89

Make a Blender course around it, covering everything from modelling to rigging to painting to shading to animating to compositing....................just everything!!!!!! Thank you in advance 😇😇

@moldwood

i already left a comment on the video about it, but the hair system for sure PLEASE!!!! being able to manually control particle hair in animation is something i have been SEARCHING for so so desperately. the closest thing is a shape keys addon, so that would change my life and i am not exaggerating

@ninblearchive

I would love a bit of a more in detail look into how you lit the scene, as I believe it was brushed over a little. Also if you don't already have any 3D modelling anatomy tutorials, something like that would go a long way!

@MDHairston2

The texture painting and lighting intrigued me the most, especially since I know how crucial they are to capture the arcan style 🤩

@razor-8402

man your videos are so inspiring, arcane is what made me start in 3D, I would love to see a more detailed version of every step, maybe you could post an unedited/less edited version, but my main priority would be specially the compositing, did you use .exr or what other file type? etc... I'd love to know more in depth about how you control every render element, you could release a full course just about how to make arcane, I would certainly buy it, from sculpting to retopo to rigging, texturing, compositing, everything! And maybe making it in a way to kind of "translate" it to other softwares, the concepts can always be translated, I love your content man, keep it up, my dream is to work at Fortiche one day, I'm focusing all of my efforts in it, thanks for your videos!

@Sneaky_Sneakers_Productions

I would love to see those scenes from season 1 where jinx is kinda arguing with herself and tweaking out, all those little things where the color scheme changes and some of the dead characters pop up behind her. That would be awesome

@Miamoremimimi

Nice, personally I’d love to see more detail of the props texture painting! Or texturing in general.

First things First, happy new year. Second, I would love to see how go in depth in the composition phase in DaVinci resolve because that was interesting.

@mosaicdesigns

How were you able to make the hair, and will you sell it as an addon?

@kador7182

As you are going to get kidnapped by Riot to animate their new series. Would you hire me as a bodyguard?

@gamerala7347

Can you make a scene that has Vi as well? ❤️

@andrecomini9142

How do you have a good topology while having the model deformations great in the animations, like when you mentioned the shape keys on the mouth. Did u make manual retopology so you can be aware of the correct loops and how they’re distributed or is it easier than that?

I'd love to see more about using the grease pencil for the 2D effects please :)
