We have in an Xbox Series X that had been to another repair shop for a simple HDMI port, but when the customer got it home and plugged it in, a load of smoke came out of it!
What Leigh found inside was quite shocking and he ended up spending a long time on this repair - it pretty much blew up again twice more in the process!
