Calum Graham Music

In these challenging times we need to be more resilient than ever. Keep your head up and stay strong out there my friends...

“Between birth and death
Three in ten are following life
Three in ten are following death
And men just passing from birth to death also number three in ten
Why is this so?
Because they live their lives on the gross level

He who knows how to live can walk abroad
Without fear of the rhinoceros or tiger
He will not be wounded in battle
For in him the rhinoceros can find no place to thrust their horn
And weapons no place to pierce their weapon
Why is this so?
Because he dwells in that place where death cannot enter”

Tao Te Ching - Lao Tzu - Chapter 50

New Album 'Tasakaal' now available exclusively at www.calumgraham.com

The music on this album was composed to help guide your mind and spirit towards a place of healing.

Some pieces aim to promote relaxation, aid meditation, or lead you to a deeper state of awareness. Others are intended to energize and sharpen focus. The soothing melodies are best embraced with an open heart and soul, allowing the journey of healing and insight to unfold uniquely for you. The energizing songs invite you to open yourself to the joy of the moment, filling your heart with uplifting energy.

I worked in collaboration with Dr. Barbara Minton (a psychologist and neuroscientist from Boise, Idaho) who then monitored the brainwaves of volunteers to make sure the songs were meeting their intended goal.

We sincerely hope this album helps bring you happiness, healing, and peace...
