They help them and provide them assistance but control is not a word I would say because they wouldn't stop supporting good cause even if Iran tells them not to support

The only groups you could argue Iran 'controls' are the Pakistani and Afghan Militia's that work directly with the IRCG. Ansarallah are clearly a separate entity altogether which is allied to Iran and the Islamic Axis of resistance, the Zaydi's historically controlled Yemen until a Saudi/American backed overthrow in the 1960s.
