SoftWash Systems Top Gun School has been created to provide a one-on-one immersive training experience like no other. Our program consists of 3 days of system tutorials, equipment readiness, and intense in-the-field hands-on training. Each Top Gun School student will attend with their SoftWash Systems truck and will be assigned a dedicated top-tier SoftWash Systems Top Gun Instructor. In these 5 days, the students complete a pre-flight checklist of their truck to ensure its readiness to go out and win everyday. They then receive real-world experience cleaning soft washing projects, executing a real schedule utilizing SoftServ™ Business System principles. The hands-on workshop will then be followed by classroom training on marketing and sales, vital to the success of their new SoftWashing business. This will be a 5-day “in the life of” type of experience. Top Gun School will also allow the attendee to have the ability to attempt to pass the Certified Confirmation Process, receiving sign-off on that document before they leave the school.
