Uroboros is an ancient symbol that has been present throughout human history for millenia. The first known appearance of this motif was in the, so-called, Enigmatic Book of Netherworld (Underworld), an ancient Egyptian funerary text found in the tomb of Tutankhamun. Originally, the symbol represents the unified Ra-Osiris in serpent form biting each other tails, which stands for protection in Ra's underworld journey. This compilation features a journey through dark and organic sounds, an Uroboros signature, pushing the boundaries of bpm [128 to 144] From the artists involved, half are usual suspects, and the other half are presenting their work for the first time in the label.
