Welcome to the 2024 Seattle & King County General Election Video Voters' Guide, your chance to hear directly from the participants appearing on the November 5 ballot. Statements are up to two minutes long and unedited. All candidates were invited to record a statement. This guide includes statements from candidates running for Seattle City Council Position 8, Seattle Proposition 1 (Seattle Transportation Levy), and King County Superior Court Judge Position 41. All Seattle candidates were invited to submit a voluntary 200-word Candidate Introduction, photo, contact information, and whether or not they accept Democracy Vouchers. Instead of going to a polling place, ballots will be sent to all registered voters. You may return your ballot by mail, or by returning it to one of the ballot drop box locations around King County. King County residents can locate their congressional, legislative, county council and city council voting districts using the "Find My Districts" tool on the King County Elections website (kingcounty.gov/depts/elections/elections/maps/find….
