The Main Project of the 23rd Intelligent Ironman Creativity Contest (IICC) Final in 2026 is “Mind Control Alchemy.” Teams were challenged to choose a boring task that high school students absolutely hate, such as memorizing vocabulary, reading classical texts, sitting through boring classes, listening to speeches or lectures, cleaning, or being left on their own, and combine it with the irresistible element of chance found in blind boxes. The goal was to design a completely legal yet irresistible blind-box product with a positive twist: to make boring things not boring anymore. Each team had to create a physical prototype of their blind-box product and present it in the form of a product launch.
