This is the audio recording of the August 4, 2022 Kansas Commission for Peace Officer Standards and Training (KsCPost) hearing to determine whether or not Mr. Williams' Law Enforcement Certification should be revoked based on a pattern of bias based policing.
Biased Policing was just one of the issues this officer's presence on our streets created. He was aggressive and heavy handed. He could not be trusted to speak the truth, especially when trying to defend himself or make himself look innocent.
The Douglas County Sheriff Department let him move to the Lawrence Police Department instead of just firing him. Why?

The Lawrence Police Department criminalized people who protested this Mr. Williams' behavior and mistreatment of citizens. Why?

The end of his career was not the end of the questions. We deserve to know why the rest of the law enforcement community did not protect us from his reign of terror on the community.
