Parallèlement à sa carrière solo le guitariste français Pat O'MAY, en grand admirateur du G3 de ses homologues américains Joe Satriani & Steve Vai, a créé ce projet similaire en compagnie de son compatriote Patrick RONDAT (ex Lead Guitar des méga-concerts du compositeur à la renommée internationale Jean-Michel JARRE) et de son BAND habituel : Christophe Babin (Basse) John Helfy (Batterie) & James Wood (Guitares & Claviers). Au fil des tournées, comme pour le G3, la formule consiste à inviter un 3è guitariste. BARRE a entamé une discographie en solo entre 1993 et 2018. Ses compos... personnelles montrent un certain éclectisme chez leur auteur qui n'hésite pas à y mélanger Blues, Jazz et même Pop.
