Mini to Mighty 30 Day Workout Program Walking at Home

Welcome to the 30-Day Walking Mini to Mighty 30-Day Program. Commit today to complete all 30 Days and we'll be there with you every step of the way. Every day we'll add one more minute to our workout time, and we’ll slowly improve our endurance, mobility, and stability, as well as protect our beautiful hearts. Once you complete every single minute of each workout, move on to the next workout. If you need to stay with a certain workout day for a few sessions, to make it to the end, that is perfectly fine. This program is self-paced. Remember, you are the expert of your body. You know best what will work for you from day to day. This program will start with walking in place. We'll get the heart rate up, and start to acclimate the body to moving a little more each day. As we progress each day, we'll add on a few more simple moves, like knee lifts, ham curls, step kicks, and side legs. Further into the program, we'll add in different arm patterns. Options will always be offered so you can make this workout program work for you. Through different seasons of life, we will face extreme stresses. These times can cause weight gain. This program is a reminder to continue to love ourselves through these intense seasons of life. From Mini to Mighty Walking is a program dedicated to all of us who were taught to believe that our bodies are something to hate. That we have to work out harder as a punishment for the things we ate. This fitness challenge is about taking our power back, where we'll love ourselves to better health, one step at a time. For our beginner exercisers, this program is a great place to begin your fitness journey. Having a program that slowly increases in intensity and duration will be a safe and effective way to start your journey to protect your beautiful heart so that you can be there for the ones you love.
