Here is a playlist of full Qi Gong routines. There are many different types of Qigong practices, and all of them are beneficial in some way. Here I try to present a few different types of qi gong styles so you can try a routine out and find one that you like.
Ideally, if you are trying to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, or pain you want to try and practice qi gong daily. It doesn't have to be a long practice, but it is better if is it more often.
