Buskers - Harmonicas, Accordians, and More...

Harmonica, Accordians, other Street Performers. Busking is the practice of doing live performances in public places to entertain people, usually to solicit donations and tips. Those engaging in this practice are called buskers. Busking is a British term used in many areas of the English-speaking world. In the United States they are more often called street performers or street musicians. This playlist may have some additional harmonica music that are not actually of buskers but are included anyways. The normal version is beautiful too. 2. Lee Oskar. Almost Perfect, and they come in all tunings, even 2 kinds of minor keys! The sound is sweater but a lot louder then Hohners. 3. Tombo Folk Blues Practically the same as Lee's, though not in minorkeys. Suitable for people with nikkel/chromium allergy. 4. Hohners are not good anymore. Since they made their MS series, they leak, hiss, are easy to break, rust easily and loose chromium in your mouth. This goes for BluesHarp, Special20, HotMetal, ProHarp and MarineBand more or less alike. They might be producing in a different factory for the US. 5. Hering is OKish, but unequal in Quality Control. Some reeds of a Hering harmonica can be less or more responsive then others. In general a bit stiffer then Tombo. You might like that. Your results may very with model and key. 6. Forget the Chinese harps. 7. Bushman can be difficult to purchase as the company has very limited distribution in many areas, hopefully this situation will change in the future. Seydel are excellent but tend to be a bit more costly than Suzuki by comparison.
