A new video is up! Happy International Women's Day! Exactly three years ago today, I took over as project manager seven months into our project when we let go of our project manager. It was challenging, daunting, and a scary task. I didn't know where to start, but the first thing I did was I got down to work and started putting my team together. It hasn't been easy, to say the least. I've wanted to give up and run many times. BUT three years later, I've come a long way, and I am so proud of the work I have been able to do with my team.
