Hiring: Documentary-Style Map Animator (Magnatesmedia / Vox / Johnny Harris Style)

We are looking for a skilled Map Animator / Motion Graphics Artist to turn geographical and historical data into visually compelling, documentary-style map animations.

Responsibilities:
Create custom 2D/3D map animations (topographic routes, heatmaps, camera pans/zooms, vector overlays).
Sync map movements seamlessly with voiceover narration and background music.
Match high-production documentary aesthetics (textures, lighting, depth of field, sleek UI).
Requirements:
Proven Portfolio/Showreel: Strong showcase of previous map animation work (Required).
Tools: Adobe After Effects (GeoLayers 3 preferred), QGIS, Mapbox, Google Earth Studio, or Blender/C4D.
Skills: Solid grasp of geography, camera movement/easing, typography, and visual pacing.
