Amerakin Overdose
Amerakin Overdose is a masked industrial/nu-metal band from Portland, Oregon. Their sound blends heavy guitar riffs with groove-oriented beats, synths, and harmonized vocals. Influenced by Korn, Slipknot, and Mudvayne, Amerakin Overdose embodies traditional nu-metal with a modern industrial sound, portrayed through characters that reflect individuals twisted by societal greed and corruption.
Amerakin Overdose has been featured in Revolver, Alternative Press, Loudwire, Knotfest, and The PRP and has gained recognition for their live performances and visual presence. Recently, the band released two videos for the singles "Damaged" and "Toxic" as part of their album Artificial Infection, released in 2024. Amerakin Overdose is currently working on new material with vocalist Jonny Santos (Silent Civilian, ex-Spineshank). “Genie In A Bottle” “Point of No Return” and “Nothing” are all new tracks released in 2025.
