Just did arms back and chest today. If you don't use it you lose it. My lil mirror flexes ain't hitting the same 😭😔. Went from 50+ shorties to maxing at 41. I went backwards because I wasn't disciplined and consistent. I feel like so much pulling me back, few things pulling me forward. I gotta be honest this obstacle has been overcome by men before me , knowing its possible gotta keep going. I don't got to do 400 push ups in a day( honest killed me a lil bit ) just show up everyday. That's it , I'm not comparing myself to nobody. We move at different paces. God bless

Can knock out 100 partial rep push ups in 5 minutes, can do 100 partial dips in 5 minutes 💪🏾 long way to go buy progress. Also I gained 4lbs gotta tighten up been eating too good but steady at it. Lil by little gone transform
That 100 push ups hit doing them within 10 mins , but I need to add more sessions, and get them done in 5 minutes each session. If I do morning afternoon and evening. That's 300 ? Just figuring as I go
