Soul-N-Groove Therapy Classes were created to help participants define and learn who they are through Movement, which is why the class structure provides internal praise and personal exploration. I've had various conversations with people who judge themselves based on their own interpretation of movement. However, this class allows them to self audit the negative thoughts that they had once believed.
