Anybody have any experience with a black mouth cur? I’m thinking about them if I decide to do an off breed for a prospect, I wanna go with a gsd but idk. My main prospect breeds are gsd and labs, labs because they’re bred for it and I think I can handle it I’m also trying to get back into hiking, I’m also a water baby and so is a lab so that would work😌. With gsds it’s a maybe but idk. Talking with my parents but we’ll see, I might have to quit som dance classes but in the end it would be worth it ig.

People are genuinely so funny like wdym you’ve never taken a health class in your life but you apparently know my medical history better than I do😵‍💫

No but genuinely we need to stop telling people what their health history is, especially if you’re only seeing 3-15 seconds of their week. Not only is it disrespectful but it’s also spreading misinformation for people who don’t know and can cause harm. Also just because a person online has a service dog does not mean they can tell YOU whether you need one or not, that is something you need to bring up to your medical team not a stranger on the internet❤️

Okay so I have my pa plan ready; on most outings she’ll be on the ground, and when there’s any dog or animal around she’ll be in my arms because the four on the floor rule interferes with my disability sometimes. I don’t faint to the point where it’d be unsafe for her to be in my arms so sometimes she’ll be in my arms. She is trained to paw to alert so I’ll have to figure out how to get her to alert when she’s in my arms also.

Any tips for public access would be appreciated considering this is my first time doing pa in npf places with her ❤️

Chronic disabilities are hard, and they’ve taken a hard impact on my life. So many people have asked why I’m still here if it hurts so much. It’s because the more that voice in my head tells my to give up, and that I can’t do it the more I want to fight back, and show that chronic disabilities won’t push me off the edge. Y’all you’re carrying a weight on your shoulders that most people would crumble under, you are strong, and you are brave, do not let disabilities win. Stay strong love even through the darkest valleys there can always be light ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹 ilysm
