NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aFr63... Rolex’s (Official) Oyster "100 Years" Model + What Do We Know? Looks like we’ll be getting a Two-Tone OP to mark this occasion BUT I’ve gone with the more conservative option for this post… it could be using the metal in a more dynamic way (only on the bezel or on the outside links of the bracelet) So, sizes? 41, 39 and 36? Will a black dial be the only option? Will there be more models given to us with “100 Years” on their dials? Enjoy the video!

NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IycWF... Understanding the Rise, Fall & Revival of Universal Genève. Quite the big surprise to kick-off this years new watch announcements and I had a great time covering this name for the first time on the channel. Think we’re all impressed that they have delivered everything from their icons like the Polerouter & Compax to the more obscure Cabriolet and Disco Volante. The questions we need to ask: Who are these pieces aimed towards? Are their prices competitive or too zealous? Enjoy the video!

NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cfry1... Why is “Entry-Level” Longines Killing Their Competition? From the recent announcement of the Hydroconquest 39 to the Spirit Pilot and Ultra-Chron Classic, it seems that for months Longines has been dropping some fantastic pieces. And when we factor in their attention to detail, price and designs… it’s not hard to understand why. Enjoy the video!

NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=180_P... Rolex’s “Leaked” 2026 Models + What Do We Know? There have been a fair few pieces circling online the last few weeks and I thought it was worth studying them a bit closer. From the Albino Daytona to a Refreshed Yacht-Master II (and the above, my personal favourite, a Blue Dial BLNR) Let’s try and separate design fact from fiction and look into Rolex's timeline to see if they fit. Enjoy the video!

NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dlOkH... Tudor Release Predictions 2026: What Can We Expect? This year marks the 100th Anniversary of the brand and it leaves us asking things like: Will they deliver a Centenary collection? A Unique Model? The Arrival of the Pelagos 39 GMT or a newly refreshed Black Bay 41 GMT? There are almost too many directions the shield could take their pieces and that’s what makes it all the more fun! Enjoy the video!

NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dAwba... The Military Watches that Tudor Doesn’t Want Us to Know About. This one was inspired by the watch above, a single-red CNC Black Bay Fifty-Four that I spotted on @Sonofawatch and thought: “Why haven’t I covered Tudor’s Modern Unit Watches yet?” Here's a select choice of 10 stealthy examples, many of which I've never seen before. Enjoy!

NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9prc5... Has Rolex Just Confirmed the Return of the “Coke” GMT? It is spreading like wildfire that the BLRO (Pepsi) Bezel GMT is slowly being phased out, AD’s are not accepting new orders from those interested in the watch and word on the street is that Rolex’s online configurator does not feature the watch anymore in some parts? It leaves us guessing that maybe, just maybe the RONR (Coke) is about to arrive to replace it. I decided to put some ideas down on why the Red/Black would fit so well into Rolex’s current GMT collection, also focusing on the Cerachrom bezel and how creating the colour Red has stumped the brand for a long time. Enjoy the video!

NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jcSRk... What Are The Best Alternative “Explorer Style” Watches? Not everyone can afford a Rolex but this look has advanced so far over the years that you can find a design like it at virtually every price point (from many different brands) Thought I’d take some time to share a few of my favourites. What amazes me is that no matter the watch, these quarter arabics add such a solid foundation to the dial that immediately sets the model apart from the rest of the pack. Enjoy the video!

NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mcZdC... The Hidden Cost of Perfection: Has the Modern Rolex Submariner lost its “Soul” over the years? Modernity is a double-edged sword. In the world of watches we’re told time and again that we’re experiencing the best pieces ever made. The Submariner with its iconic status and timelessness is a good candidate that shows us what happens over the decades when some of its character is slowly chipped away (in an effort to manifest perfection) The question is, should we only judge these watches rationally? Or should we instead fall for the irrationality that made older designs all the more charming? Enjoy the video!
