NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AHsgE... Letting Go of My Most Special Watch (and why I’ll likely regret it) This Seiko is not the most expensive piece I own or the most accurate or even my most sentimental watch BUT it is undoubtedly the most special. I am in two minds about this decision because of the circumstances but maybe it is time to let someone else enjoy it. Really enjoyed putting together this short philosophy talk around it all. Enjoy the video!

NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X-kM1... The New TAG Heuer Monaco: Seriously, Who is this Watch Made For? With the upcoming Auction of McQueen's screen worn 1133B, the arrival of the newest generation Monaco’s and the emerging competition in the Automatic Chronograph space, I thought it would be a great time to cover the design and history of this oddity. The question, is this watch too "1970’s niche" for its own good? Enjoy the video!

NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-EyH3... My Longines Spirit Pilot 39 Hands-On Review. It has been 5 years since the launch of the original Spirit lineup and through that time we have seen GMT’s, Chronographs and Time-only’s, but none of them truly hit the mark for me… until the fairly quiet arrival of this update. From its cleaner dial to its callback to the Tre & Sei Tacche cases of the 1930’s and 40’s, this new instalment is one of the best watches on the market at the moment (and it made me do some serious thinking about downsizing my collection) Enjoy the video!

NEW VIDEO:https: www.youtube.com/watch?v=0t_EQr-cBnk Tudor’s 39mm Chrono + Why the “Bumblebee” is More than Meets the Eye. Socials have been buzzing with the news about the launch of this new yellow dial. Beyond the change in size and lack of rivet bracelet, there are so many details to the piece that it’s taken me a day to try and find them all. From a new bezel insert, thinner bezel ring, larger triangle on the dial and larger sub-dials… these are just the tip of the iceberg. The first 39mm Chrono the brand has produced in years… and it’s a gem! Enjoy the video

NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nl4d7... The Breitling Navitimer Has Always Had One Fatal Flaw (and it’s complicated) Our watch space is not as fascinated about Breitling and their Legendary chronograph compared to the many other significant names. The cruel irony is that what made this watch so popular when it first launched in the 1950’s is also what makes it polarising today. The Question: Could Breitling ever turn this around? With models like the most recent "Aramco F1" collaboration, we can assume that change is coming? Enjoy the video!

NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HAuT5... Is Rolex Busy Making a "Mid-Size" Explorer II? Do not be fooled by the Polar white dial you see in front of you, this is a 40mm Mockup. Over the last few years we’ve seen how the brand has been playing around with proportions, adding subtle improvements across the professional line. Many of us have been asking whether the 42mm Exp2 is going to be next. Judging how the humble Explorer has gone up, down and up again… it’s only a matter of time ;) Enjoy the video!

NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VsxZn... Controversial or Refreshing? My AP x Swatch “Royal Pop” In-Depth Critique. When two brands from very different areas of the industry come together to collaborate, it’s always good fun. Seeing how they have taken the Pop Swatch and combined it with the Pop Art Movement of the 60’s, it’s inspired. But hype being the name of the game here, no doubt, was it a good idea to subvert our expectations with a Pocket Watch? Enjoy the video!

NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VlPI1... Watch Brands have a “Handset" Issue (that we don’t talk about) We often feel that brands dig too heavily into using specific handset motifs with their pieces, and some brands are bigger culprits than others here. The positive is that the pieces are more recognisable to the public, the negative is that these design styles can be too played out at times. Regardless, the incorrect choice of hand can either make or break the look of a watch. Do we feel that brand association with hand styles has gone too far, making the pieces more closely linked to the name but affecting the overall design integrity of the watch? Enjoy the video!

NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1OZr_... Omega’s Next Bond Watch Release? + What Do We Know. In less than a month, Omega could have something up their sleeves for the launch of "007 First Light”. It’s been spotted that a unique Seamaster Chronograph (Q-Watch) has been carefully modelled for the game with a custom strap and dial. Since this is James Bond and the first time we’ve seen an “Official” Bond watch in what must be five years, Omega might use the arrival of this new game as a springboard to release a new watch (or several). Too far fetched? Enjoy the video!

NEW VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GKlYe... Watches & Wonders 2026 Roundup + What Are The Best Novelties? Decided to try something different this year and compress all of the standouts from W&W’s in a short form video. I think the above perfectly sums up how differently brands took the event. Zenith with their watchmaking (furthering my love of the GFJ) Rolex adapting Alighiero e Boetti’s art style into a stunning motif dial and Tudor dropping a weird and wild Monarch that covers many generations of the brand in one piece. Enjoy the video!
