👋 ❤️ I want women to be strong and PAIN free.
Women need to strength train but not at the cost of their mobility or to increase inflammation.
I'm a fitness instructor and coach with over 15 years of teaching and training experience. Please enjoy my workouts as I have loved making them 😊 . I love it all- from Pilates to water aerobics to running and stretching and I hold several various fitness certifications including Personal Training and APPI Pilates. I teach classes in person as well as private 1:1 clients.
My specialty is short, intense workouts to help you change your body and become more fit. Using the TRX, light weights or bodyweight, I can help you achieve your goals.
