Needed to Rejuvenate & Get Refocus!
Between hitting the gym, reflecting on the future of this channel, and simply breathing, I’ve been finding a new kind of clarity. The highlight of it all? Celebrating my son’s 14th birthday! 🎂

I’ve been a bit quiet for the last two weeks, but for the best reasons. I decided to step back to pour into myself and my family.

We had a stunning dinner at ROOFTOP HOUSE, the spot with views as big as his future.

Taking this mental break has reminded me that to give you my best, I have to be my best. I’m coming back with fresh energy and even bigger visions.

Is this a grocery bag on my head? YES 👏🏾 Just like I recycled this bag, I’m recycling my energy and shifting my content BACK to real, relatable, PURPOSE.

During this season of fasting (which I do every year) I’ve been able to find myself again! I realized I’d let the noise and chaos of content get me off track - but I’m coming back! 😊


I’ve been sitting with this lately:

“What does it profit a person to gain the whole world and lose their soul?”

And here’s the revelation that hit me —
growth that costs you your peace, your integrity, or your alignment isn’t growth… it’s a warning sign.

So in this season, I’m building slower, clearer, and more intentionally.
Not chasing trends.
Not forcing content.
Not monetizing at the expense of my values.

If you’re growing a brand, a business, or showing up online —
ask yourself: Does this align with who you are becoming in Christ?

Because success that’s aligned will always feel lighter.
