If you had told my younger self that one day, my little ‪@YouTube‬ channel would reach 20K people on the Internet, she wouldn’t have believed you. And yet, here we are 🥹

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me, be it watching my videos, leaving comments, or just following my journey. A special shoutout to the OGs who have been with me since my ‪@redbull‬ Basement University days 🫶

My why for creating content remains the same as it did when I first started - to share my journey as a woman in tech and to document my twenties. And hopefully, through sharing my thoughts and lessons learnt, others may resonate with it and feel inspired in their own journey.

We’re all living our own parallel lives, weaving through the world, and sometimes—just sometimes—our paths cross. I believe that every piece of content I create is like planting a little seed. I never know where it might land, but I hope that when it does, it brings light, encouragement, or maybe even a spark — the same way I was once inspired by women in tech creators as a lost uni student unsure about her future.

Oh and I guess my little channel is not so little anymore hehe 🤭

As a software engineer who spends my 9 - 5 coding SaaS products, this year I want to create a ✨ creative portfolio ✨

If something sparks my curiosity, I will pursue it as a project. Here are some areas I want to explore:
- 3D modelling on Spline
- Data storytelling / data visualisation
- Coding a cozy game
- AI
- Animation

Some other goals are to sharpen my React, JavaScript, and CSS skills and read “The Coding Career Handbook” by ‪@swyxTV‬

Not all these areas involve code, and that's the beauty of it.

My motto is to explore whatever catches your curiosity. If it’s not for you, move on. But if it is, you might have just uncovered a new opportunity!

And most importantly, have fun! :)

I talk about how I went from Health Sciences to Computer Science, being a woman in tech, winning Red Bull Basement University, content creation and more! ✨

The most important lesson I learnt though is how embracing change brought forth growth and new experiences for me. Yes, change is scary, but it unlocked a whole new world of possibilities 🥺 So if you are going through change right now, you got this!!! 💪

A little life update, I've been spending the past couple of months in Korea and I'll be uploading a video about it next week! Thanks to the Prime Minister's Scholarship for Asia (PMSA) for this opportunity 🥹 ‪@EducationNewZealand‬

I've always wanted to visit Korea so this was a dream come true! I met lots of warm and kind people, visited the most beautiful places, and ate too much delicious food 💕

2. Work on coding projects that combine my hobbies like music and art 🎵🎨
