Commenting/criticizing scenes from Anime TV/Movies/top x ilsts under Section 107 of the Copyright Act for these reasons:
1) My purpose/character of the use is to comment and/or criticize the scene/show
2) I have included pertinent copyright information, and I am not presenting that content as my own.
3) All comment/criticism videos are less than 1 minute in length and do not constitute a substantial portion of the original work.
4) I have not diminished the market value of the copyrighted material.

I tried Gladiator and an Anime show. Between the two the anime did much better so moving forward, I'm going to focus solely on anime. Hopefully, it will allow me to get a better following than the advice niche. (which did badly)

Yet Another Old White Guy
My scene reviews seem to be capping out between 200 and 300 views with Gladiator so I'm going to try doing an anime next. I got some feedback about the framerate and quality and I think I've changed some settings that will improve this but I was already done with episodes 1 through 3 at that point. Episodes 5 through 12 should be better quality and hopefully, that will resolve the previous low-quality complaints.

Yet Another Old White Guy
I've boosted both the "How to be rich" and "meaning of life" advice posts to get views but I'm not getting much interaction/likes/views/subscriptions from them. I recently started posting reviews of Gladiator movie quotes and I'm getting a lot more views/likes on those videos. So I'm quitting my advice/opinions posts for a bit as those videos take hours each while the clips take about 10 minutes each. So it's less time/effort for me to build a following and there is more interest in it. I'll revisit this once I'm getting more views/interaction on my posts. Because spending hours every week on something that only 20 or 30 people watch and no one comments on is a bit depressing after 3 months. (spending money didn't help either)
