Autism is complex.

It blows my mind that my son is diagnosed with the same thing as an individual that can speak, control their body’s movements, make friends, make their own decisions about what to eat or drink, and advocate for themselves. None of which my son can do at present.
This spectrum is too large, varied, and full of people having completely different struggles for any one thing to help every person on that spectrum. Or to have one thing ruled out for all.

I trust in the parents and the individuals. I trust in the love they have for their children. I trust in their discernment as they study the information/research made available.

We cannot control what others suggest or claim will help those with autism. But we can control what we learn and know about our individual children and what treatments are a good fit for them.
