Well, a bit of a disaster has occurred. For the last little bit my treadmill has been acting up. Yesterday, I played treadmill mechanic to get to the bottom of it. Looks like I'm in need of a new drive belt. Part ordered, but it's going to take a while. Will have to go for my walk outside from now until then. Oh well.
Hey folks, So I'm back at it after a 2 week hiatus. Reason being is that I gave myself that time to mourn the passing of a good friend and fellow Sgt from my former regiment. He passed away in a tragic motorcycle accident. It was devastating for a lot of people to have such a great guy passing so suddenly and tragically. So without further ado, I'm back on my walking for now, until I can muster the motivation to do a workout with it. One step at a time. RIP Edgar "Reaper" Reapolov ~Mike
Hey folks, Mike here from Voluntold. A few months ago I started a fitness journey. I'm a Canadian Afghan Veteran with back problems. It's been a years long slog to get healthy enough to even consider doing the amount of exercise that I'm currently doing. That being said, I'm making progress and it feels great! I have to be cautious so that I don't aggravate my injuries so swallowing my pride and taking a slow approach seems to be paying off. Like and subscribe to follow my daily progress!
