We select the finest all natural maple, applewood, mesquite, hickory and cherry wood to enhance the nuances of earthiness found within our products. Our flavored peppercorns are steeped in freshly squeezed juices for at least 24 hours and then slowly cold smoked to intertwine the unrefined beautify of natural and pure smoke flavors.
