A word on Fredrick
“I first met Fredrick Bryant in 2000 when he came to practice Chinese martial arts and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with me. Fred already had an extensive background in karate and other Chinese martial arts, including the Internal styles and Shuai Jiao, Chinese wrestling. With his background as a professional athlete and martial arts, Fred picked up the skills that I taught very quickly.
Fred subsequently moved to Thailand where he trained with old-school Muay Thai masters, as well as competing in the ring. Fred has been able to assimilate all of the various skills he has acquired into a coherent system, including self-defense, health, and free fight practices.
Fred continues to train and sharpen his skills while at the same time offering detailed instruction in the arts he teaches as well as producing instructional content on social media.

Fredrick Bryant has always been one of the top athletes from youth leagues, Jr. High (middle school) and High school. Involvement in Kenpo karate and fitness, I feel began to shape him as an individual. Kenpo, having roots from China and various systems, caused the start of Fred's research and training in the Chinese systems. We’ve worked together at youth camps in the past and due to Fred's extensive experience in sports and fitness we have been involved on several projects concerning youth and adult health and fitness projects. I continue to meet with Fred on lifestyle ideas concerning individuals of all age groups -Bryan Galbreath,
5th degree Blk Belt Kenpo Karate Health & Wellness Coach.

My programs
- Shi Yong - Fusion Martial Arts, '4 real everyday living'
Special attention will be on Real Functioning Strength, for improved health and everyday performance.
- Self-Defense
This short course will prepare you for real life with simple and effective ideas to stay safe.
(levels = Combative training).
-Shi Yong - Combative: a method of movement skills and whole body-power training. Stand up skills, throws/takedowns and transition are emphasized along with ground defense. Methods include Chinese soft style boxing and grappling, and a little old school Thai boxing (based on similarities found in soft style boxing) & Newaza - (Judo & Brasilian Jujutsu).
-Additional training- strength &conditioning for sports/everyday living & fight preparation.
-Traditional Chinese Internal Martial Arts systems.
*Individual / group training.
Preparing for a new workout series Taijiquan 4 real, individual movements. As well as an intermediate-advance Muay Thai Boran workout, continuing with Intermediate series. More fitness lifestyle will be added as well, be happy, Be Bodhi.
