Before you plan the week, pause and ask YAH what place you have been building from.
Not every routine is rooted in wisdom.
Sometimes it is rooted in fear, shame, control, or the need to prove yourself.
This Sunday reset, do not just ask YAH to bless your plans. Ask Him to reveal the root behind them.
YAH, show me what I have been building from. Renew my heart before I rebuild my week.

Sisters, let’s do a gentle heart check today 🤍
Sometimes the thing we keep reaching for is not just a “bad habit.” Sometimes it became a place of comfort when we were tired, overwhelmed, unseen, stretched thin, or simply trying to survive.
But here is the question for us today:
**Is this still helping me heal, or has it started holding me back?**
A habit can feel familiar and still be draining what YAH is trying to grow in us.
It may be taking up space in our mind.
It may be delaying obedience.
It may be keeping us busy but not fruitful.
It may be comforting an old version of us while YAH is calling the renewed woman forward.
So let’s reflect together:
**What is one area where you feel YAH inviting you to become lighter?**
You can answer with one word if you want:
- Focus
- Discipline
- Rest
- Surrender
- Consistency
- Boundaries
- Peace
- Obedience
No shame here, sis — just reflection, release, and growth.
**Scripture to sit with:**
“Let us lay aside every weight…”
Hebrews 12:1
YAH is not just removing things from us.
Sometimes He is freeing what He placed within us.

Some habits started as comfort.
Some started as coping.
Some started as survival.
But over time, what comforted you can become weight.
Scrolling.
Overworking.
Avoidance.
Control.
Complaining.
People-pleasing.
Procrastination.
Performance.
Isolation.
YAH sees why it started.
But He loves you too much to let it keep making obedience heavy.
Some habits comforted me in survival, but they cannot carry me into maturity.
Reflection question:
What comfort is YAH asking me to release so I can walk lighter in obedience?
Scripture anchors:
Hebrews 12:1
Romans 12:2
John 15:2

Sometimes YAH does not just remove the weight — He redeems the story connected to it.
The long-form teaching goes deeper into trusting the Shepherd enough to be sheared, but this short is a reminder that what YAH removes does not have to be wasted. The weight can become witness when it is surrendered to the Shepherd.
**Reflection question:**
What is YAH not only removing from you, but redeeming through you?

Today’s gentle check-in:
What has been entering your gates lately?
Not just through your phone — but through your conversations, your thoughts, your spending, your routines, and the atmosphere you keep returning to.
Sometimes YAH gives us testimony through noticing.
You notice what drains you.
You notice what stirs comparison.
You notice what steals shalom.
You notice what pulls you away from obedience.
You notice what keeps your home or heart unsettled.
That noticing is not condemnation.
It may be instruction.
This week, choose one gate to guard.
Maybe it is screen time.
Maybe it is a conversation boundary.
Maybe it is emotional spending.
Maybe it is the music, shows, or voices you keep letting shape your atmosphere.
Maybe it is the inner dialogue you have been rehearsing.
Write this down today:
“YAH, show me what has access to me that is not producing shalom, wisdom, or obedience.”
Then choose one faithful action to sustain what He reveals.
Not perfection.
Just alignment.

Before you carry the week, submit it. 🤍
Day 1 of L.I.G.H.T Week begins with **Lordship** — because a covenant woman does not step into the week trying to control everything before surrendering anything.
Before the week gets loud, pause and ask:
Who is actually leading my life?
My time?
My home?
My habits?
My money?
My decisions?
Matthew 6:33 reminds us to seek first the Kingdom — **first, not after** the week overwhelms us.
Today’s simple practice:
1. Submit the week to YAH.
2. Remember one testimony of His faithfulness.
3. Choose one rhythm that helps you remain faithful.
Surrender is not YAH taking something from you.
It is YAH bringing you back into order.
Reflection question:
Where am I carrying what YAH is asking me to submit?
Before you carry the week, submit it to the One who leads it.

Before you reset your week, remember what YAH just did.
Before the planner opens…
Before the checklist starts…
Before the meals, money, home, schedule, and goals get organized…
Pause and ask:
What did YAH do this week?
Testimony begins with remembering.
Sometimes the testimony is not loud yet.
Sometimes it looks like a calmer response, a wiser decision, a boundary kept, a moment of restraint, a peaceful home rhythm, or a schedule submitted to YAH.
Do not rush past quiet formation.
Psalm 77:11–12 reminds us to remember the works of YAH, meditate on His work, and talk of His deeds.
So before you reset, reflect:
- Where did YAH provide?
- Where did He correct me?
- What did He restore?
- What testimony is forming?
- What one thing needs to be sustained this week?
Let remembrance lead the reset.
**Question for you:**
What has YAH done in you this week that you need to remember?

By midday, it is easy to realize how quickly the day can be pulled by pressure, distraction, emotion, or urgency.
But Psalm 90:12 reminds me to pray:
“So teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.”
This is not just a productivity prayer.
It is a Lordship prayer.
It says:
YAH, teach me how to see my time rightly.
Teach me what deserves my attention.
Teach me what needs to be released.
Teach me how to move with wisdom instead of hurry.
Teach me how to order my day under You.
A covenant woman does not let the day rule her.
She brings the day back under YAH’s order.
So before the rest of the day continues, pause and ask:
- Have I been moving from wisdom or pressure?
- What has been stealing my time without producing fruit?
- What needs to be adjusted before the day ends?
- Is my schedule reflecting surrender or striving?
- What is one thing I can bring back under YAH’s order right now?
Midday declaration:
My time belongs to YAH. My schedule is coming under wisdom. I will not be ruled by pressure, distraction, or overwhelm. YAH is teaching me to number my days and walk with a heart of wisdom.

Your mind is not the enemy — it is a garden that must be tended.
Your mind is not weak because thoughts come.
Your mind is not broken because fear tries to speak.
Your mind is not unholy because anxious, heavy, or distracting thoughts pass through.
But your mind **does need tending**.
Philippians 4:8 is not just a verse about “thinking positive.”
It is a Kingdom instruction for guarding what gets planted, watered, and rehearsed within you.
Because every thought is trying to become something.
A belief.
A response.
A habit.
A pattern.
A way of seeing YAH, yourself, and your life.
This is why holy thinking must become a practice.
Not because you are trying to control everything.
Not because you are pretending nothing hurts.
Not because faith means ignoring reality.
But because your inner life is sacred ground.
So today, pause long enough to ask:
Is this thought true?
Is it pure?
Is it lovely?
Is it aligned with what YAH has spoken?
Is it producing shalom or stealing it?
If it does not agree with truth, you do not have to host it.
You can uproot fear.
You can reject shame.
You can silence comparison.
You can interrupt confusion.
You can choose agreement with YAH again.
A renewed mind is not built in one emotional moment.
It is cultivated through daily surrender.
One pause.
One Scripture.
One replacement thought.
One holy agreement at a time.
### Declaration
My mind belongs to YAH.
My thoughts are being trained by truth.
I will not let fear become familiar.
I will practice agreement with what is pure, lovely, praiseworthy, and aligned with His Word.
Save this as your reminder:
Your thoughts may pass through, but they do not get to rule you.
Today, ask yourself:
What thought have I been watering that YAH is asking me to uproot?

Lordship Reset — Psalm 100:3
“Know ye that YAHUAH he is Elohim: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.”
Discipline begins with ownership.
We do not build routines to prove we are worthy. We order our lives because we belong to YAH.
If He made us, then our time, thoughts, bodies, habits, and decisions are not disconnected from Him. They are areas of stewardship.
Today’s heart check:
Who is shepherding my heart — fear, pressure, self-will, or YAH?
Declaration:
I belong to YAH. My life is not self-led; it is shepherded. My thoughts, habits, time, and choices come under His authority.
Save this reminder and return to it when your day starts feeling self-led instead of shepherded.
