Welcome to my channel. I am Wendy Hardnack and I am a plant based farmer and Vegan!
I am so blessed to have a wonderful husband Tom. Personally, All of our kids are grown, so it's just us. Additionally, we have two cats, and a dog all rescue, and 9 pet rabbits.
We have a small ten acre farm in Historic Guthrie, Oklahoma.
Furthermore, We have large market garden, and we also grow berries, nuts, herbs, and many other fruits.
I grow for the Roughwood seed collection preserving pure heirlooms.
I make my own soaps, dry foods, spices along with canning, cooking, crafts, upcycling, cake decorating, and so much more.
Sadly, we are restoring our farm from a large wildfire back in 2014 so stay and grow with us

I flew out if bed at 3:34 am thought I missed the alarm went to the kitchen started coffee, then realized Tom wasn’t getting up I went to wake him up and he said what are you doing? I said your late hurry get up. He said no dear it’s 3 :34 in the morning. I was standing there in shock. What the heck? I am up tried to go back to sleep it’s just not happening right now. Of course it will hit me about thirty minutes before the alarm goes off for Tom to go to work. Absolutely crazy! The poison ivy set off an immune response with this tick disease and my leg muscles are burning and they feel weak, it’s weird how one thing sets off another thing. I am still itchy I am ready to heal from the poison ivy. Fall is certainly here very early. I will be live tonight at 7 I hope you can join me. Good morning my fellow insomniacs! Have an awesome day!

This weekend we laid to rest my stepson Chad. He was 39 and had two precious daughters. I started dating his dad in 1989. I was a huge part of his life and the coolest stepmom ever! We were 17 years apart and I was just a big kid so I had a lot of fun with him, my daughter and his brother. His dad and I got married in 1993 and when it was my x husband’s time with the boys I got them and planned out what we were going to do. The boys along with their mother moved to Texas and their dad and I separated in 2001 and divorced in 2005 I was very close to the boys which were at this time young men. Their mom would call and invite me to sporting events, and to meet new girlfriends because they wanted me there. I went and was so honored to still be a part of their lives. I may have been a step mother but the truth is in my heart they were my sons. My kids really looked up to my stepsons and they all were very close plus a few cousins. My kids are heartbroken at the loss of their brother, they have called me to grieve many times a day and it will just have to be part of our grieving process. Thank you for the calls and text that really means a lot! Keep my family in your prayers because this is so hard.
Chad was very loved and will be missed more than he could imagine!
