REALISATION - CHAPTER IV
After 52 songs, I did not arrive at certainty.
I arrived at silence that finally felt like home.
Chapter Four β Realisation β is the destination of this journey, and yet calling it a destination feels slightly wrong. Because what these final ten songs hold is not only a conclusion but also a settling. The way the river doesn't end when it meets the ocean β it simply stops being a river. It becomes something it always was, underneath all that moving.
Across Awakening, Transformation and Celebration, the music has been asking questions, dismantling walls, learning to dance in open spaces. Realisation does something subtler. It rests in what has been uncovered. The hook lines here are quieter β not because the fire has gone out, but because fire, when it has burned long enough and true enough, becomes light.
This is the chapter where the Sufi and the philosopher in me finally stop arguing and sit together. Where the ancient Indian classical roots of the melodies meet the cosmic electronic textures without tension β because Realisation understands that the sacred and the contemporary were never actually in conflict. They were always two languages speaking of the same unspeakable thing.
The songs that form this chapter were the hardest to produce β not technically, but truthfully. Because realisation, in life as in music, requires you to stop adding and start listening. To trust the space. To trust that what has been released and what has been celebrated has created room for something essential to be known β not explained, not dramatised, just known.
A line from my very first poem that unknowingly seeded this entire 52-song arc: the wax, the flame, and the light resumed.
Chapter Four is the light. Not the burning β the light.
If you have walked with Soultrek23 from the first song of Awakening to the last song of Realisation, something will have shifted in you. I cannot tell you what, because it will be different for each listener. But I can tell you this from my own making of it:
You will know yourself a little more truly.
And that, in the end, is the only music that matters.
Thank you for walking these 52 steps with me.

CELEBRATION- CHAPTER - III
I know what you might be thinking.
Celebration β after Awakening, after the long interior labour of Transformation β sounds like the easy chapter. The reward chapter. Songs that finally exhale.
And yes, there is exhaling here.
There is joy in this chapter β real joy, not the performed kind. But I want to tell you something about the celebration that these ten songs taught me: the deepest joy is not the absence of sorrow. It is joy that has passed through sorrow and chosen to dance anyway. That is a very different kind of celebration.
Chapter Three of the Soultrek23 journey arrives in the aftermath of dissolution. Something has been released across the previous twenty songs. And now β lighter, stranger, more honestly yourself than you have perhaps ever been β you discover that the world is still here, still beautiful, still full of music that wants to move through your body like a river finding the sea.
The hook lines in this chapter have a different quality. They invite. They open. There are tracks here rooted in the ecstatic Sufi and Qawwali traditions β that glorious sense of divine intoxication where the boundary between the dancer and the dance, between the singer and the song, becomes beautifully unclear. There are Zen-electronic pieces where the groove itself becomes a form of meditation. There are club-infused fusions where the dancefloor becomes, quietly, a sacred space.
Because why should the sacred and the celebratory be strangers to each other?
The two albums in this chapter were produced with a specific intention: to give you music that your body responds to before your mind has formulated an opinion. Instrument combinations chosen to feel like reunion β like something returning to something it had always belonged to.
I want this community to feel Chapter Three physically.
To play these tracks when you are cooking, driving at dawn, moving through a moment that deserves to be honoured.
To remember that celebration is not a departure from the spiritual path β it is evidence that the path is working.
You have done the inner work across the first two chapters.
Now β receive what that work has earned you.
The songs of Chapter Three are coming.
And they are coming with their arms wide open.

TRANSFORMATION_ CHAPTER II
Nobody tells you that transformation is not a single event. It is not the breakthrough moment, not the revelation on the mountaintop, not the one song that changes everything. Transformation, as I have lived it β and as these ten songs attempt to bear witness β is a process of breaking and re-forming, again and again, until what breaks away is the part of you that was never truly yours. Chapter Two of the Soultrek23 journey carries that weight deliberately.
If Chapter One β Awakening β asked Who are you really?,
Chapter Two looks you in the eye and says: now that you've seen it, what are you willing to let go? The songs here are not comfortable. Some of these carry the Sufi concept of fanaa β ego dissolution β not as a poetic metaphor but as a lived reckoning. There are hook lines in this chapter that will stay with you precisely because they name the things we carry but rarely confess: the identities we perform, the stories we mistake for truth, the self we protect so fiercely that we forget to actually inhabit it. Musically, this is where the fusions become more complex, more layered.
The albums in this chapter move between stillness and turbulence β because that is what transformation actually sounds like. There are moments of tabla and djembe building a rhythm that feels like the pulse of something trying to be born. Some tracks have the silence between notes that carry as much meaning as the notes themselves.
I want to be honest with this community: writing and producing these songs required me to sit with my own unfinished places. The poetry behind these tracks did not come from a place of having arrived β it came from the courage, some days, to keep moving through. Transformation in this chapter is not glamorous. But it is luminous in its own way β the way embers are luminous, burning down to something true.
As these songs release across the months, I will share the specific lyrical images, the instrument choices, and the creative decisions that were themselves acts of letting go. Because I believe making music is part of the transformation too β not just the listening. You are not watching a finished story.
You are walking inside one.β ASHOK ANUBHAV | @Soultrek23

AWAKENING - CHAPTER I
There is a moment β not dramatic, not loud β when something inside you refuses to stay asleep.
That moment is where Soultrek23 begins.
Chapter One of this 52-song journey is called Awakening, and it holds ten songs that I did not plan so much as receive. Each one arrived when the noise of a 39-year banking life was finally quiet enough for something deeper to speak. If you've ever felt that you were living someone else's story β dutiful, competent, praised β but quietly starving for something you couldn't name, then these songs were written in your direction.
The opening tracks don't shout. They ask. Who is the one behind the mask you've been wearing so expertly? Songs like these carry a question as their heartbeat β the kind of question that once it enters you, doesn't leave. The hook lines across this chapter keep circling the same threshold: the edge between the life you were performing and the life that was always waiting.
There is a Sufi idea I keep returning to β that the soul does not awaken through effort alone, but through longing. Viraha. That beautiful ache. Awakening in this chapter is not a self-help triumph. It is more like wax beginning to feel the heat of the flame for the first time, not knowing whether to resist or surrender.
Across the songs that form this chapter, you will hear that negotiation happening in real time β in the tones of fusion instruments chosen specifically because they live between worlds. A sarangi that cries where words fail. An electronic pulse that won't let the mind settle into its old grooves. A melody that arrives from the Silk Road and lands somewhere in your chest before your mind has a chance to explain it.
Awakening is not about having answers. It is about becoming honest enough to sit with the questions β and finding, to your surprise, that the questions themselves are luminous.
This Chapter is already building, song by song. As each track drops, I will share the story behind the lyric, the prompt, the feeling that wouldn't leave me alone until it became music.
Walk with me.
The journey of 52 has begun β and the first ten steps are the ones that change everything.
