Quick update for everyone who’s been following what happened recently:

I’m happy to share that I’ve spoken with @Mr.Murder (The Abaddon Archives), and we’ve reached a settlement. The strikes have been removed, which means the channel is safe and will not be deleted. Regular uploads will be back soon — this time with 100% original content only.

I want to take a moment to genuinely thank Mr. Murder. He’s an incredibly talented creator and, honestly, one of the most humble people I’ve come across. He took the time to understand the situation, heard me out, and gave me a second chance when he absolutely didn’t have to.

Please check out his work if you haven’t already — it’s amazing and deserves way more attention.

Thank you to everyone who supported me during this tough time. We’re back, and it’s only going to get better from here. 🙏

This is a public apology to @MrMurd3r (youtube.com/@MrMurd3r) — and a sincere request from the heart.

I want to say I’m truly sorry for using your artwork in my thumbnails. At the time, I didn’t realize how serious it was or how much it could impact you. I had started this channel just for fun — I never thought it would grow like it did. That’s why I was careless with images, and I fully accept that it was my mistake.

Mr. Murder, if you're reading this... I deeply respect your art and your right to protect it. You were 100% within your rights to take action.

But I’m reaching out to ask — if there’s any way you could consider retracting the strikes, it would mean everything to me.

My Gmail is connected to my other personal channels, my AdSense, and years of memories that are very, very important to me. Losing all of that over a mistake I never intended to harm anyone with... it’s something that’s been eating me alive.

I’ve learned from this. Moving forward, I’ll only use original content and be more careful with everything I create.

Whatever you decide, I’ll respect it

This message is for @Mr Murd3r (youtube.com/@MrMurd3r) — and for everyone who supported Dead Signal VHS.
I recently found out that the artwork I used in some of my thumbnails actually belonged to Mr. Murder. I used it without permission, and for that… I’m really sorry. I had no idea it would lead to something this serious — I didn’t understand that using artwork, even in thumbnails, could cause copyright issues like this.

It was never meant to steal or disrespect. I just didn’t know better.

Mr. Murder had every right to take action, and I fully accept that. I’ve now deleted all the videos from my channel myself — and I’ll be starting completely from zero. This was never meant to be a channel built on someone else’s hard work, and it won’t be again.

But the biggest reason this hurts me is something most people don’t know…
My personal YouTube channel — the one I made in 2017, full of videos with my friends, my real-life memories — is tied to the same Gmail. And now it’s also at risk of being deleted. That’s what scares me the most.

So to Mr. Murder — I sincerely apologize for using your work.
And to everyone who’s reading this:
**Please check out his content**. He’s insanely talented and clearly takes his art seriously.
Give him the love and views he deserves. He inspired me too, even if I didn’t realize how much at the time.

This isn’t the end of me. But for now, I’m closing the door on Dead Signal VHS — out of respect, not defeat.

I don’t even know how to write this...

But it looks like this might be the end of Dead Signal VHS.

Last Night, I received multiple copyright strikes — all related to a face I used in some of my old thumbnails. And now YouTube has given me a 7-day notice... after that, the channel will be permanently deleted.

I’m honestly heartbroken. This channel started as just an idea — something random I made for fun. I had no clue it would grow this much, or that so many of you would actually watch, support, and share my videos.

I didn’t come from some big background. I didn’t know how YouTube works. I didn’t even expect to get 100 views. But somehow… this weird little horror channel took off. You guys made it real. Every comment, every theory, every DM — it meant something.

I’ve made mistakes. I used art that wasn’t mine, thinking it was just a harmless thumbnail. I know now it wasn’t harmless. I didn’t do it out of disrespect — just ignorance. I never meant to steal, and I’ve removed everything that caused this.

But YouTube’s system doesn’t give second chances after 3 strikes. So unless something changes… this is goodbye.

To every single one of you who watched even one video — thank you. You helped turn a random experiment into something I’ll never forget.

Dead Signal VHS might be gone… but what hurts even more is knowing that my other channel — the one I made back in 2017, filled with personal memories, moments with my closest friends — is on the same Gmail… and it’s going to be deleted too. I’m not just losing a channel. I’m losing a part of my life I’ll never get back.
