So I’m relearning how to be alone — gym alone, WFC alone, etc — bc I lowkey forgot how to do it? And I’m kinda scared of it ??!! Maybe you are too
If you’re trying to build confidence or enjoy your own company again, I hope this video helps you start small.

What’s one solo thing YOU want to try this week? 👀💛
Since leaving full-time content creator life, my days are so… ordinary. Mundane. And that kinda scared me like realising my life is more “boring” than I expected…
But also, there’s still so much love and meaning in it.
It’s a short video (and low-key emotional lol)
Let me know if you’ve ever felt this way too
And also: what’s one thing that made your “boring” life feel magical lately? ✨
This one is a slow, simple day. Basically a boring day but even though nothing “big” happened, I realized how many small ways I’ve been pushing myself outside my comfort zone lately.
Eating alone without Netflix, working outside, sitting with discomfort instead of running from it… all the tiny, boring things that don’t look like progress but are progress.
I hope it reminds you that invisible progress still counts. Boring days matter. And consistency is built quietly.
I still can’t believe I’m typing this, but I was interviewed by Al Jazeera English for The Stream (which is their global discussion show for Millennials & Gen Z)
the episode dives into whether we’re reaching “the end of the internet and social media” as we know it — with AI filling our feeds, bots mimicking authenticity, and platforms shifting in ways that change how we communicate.
the perspectives shared were SO fascinating, and honestly… I found myself nodding the whole time.
and the craziest part??the producer who reached out found me through my YouTube videos. like… they’ve actually watched my content 😭 SCREAMINGG
being invited onto a global platform like Al Jazeera to talk about this feels so surreal. truly a pinch me moment.
thank you for being here — for watching, supporting, and giving me the courage to keep making these videos. none of this would’ve happened without you 🤍
nowadays, I feel like I rarely spend the whole day for myself, so this was an especially good weekend !! 💘 I think it’s so important to spend time with yourself, even if (and maybe ESPECIALLY if) you’re busy with work ahahah
Perfectionism is killing your discipline — and no one talks about it.
lately, I’ve been in such a slump. I kept blaming it on being tired, unmotivated, or just “not in the zone”... but honestly? it was perfectionism. that constant pressure to get it right made me too scared to even start.
and it sucks — because perfectionism doesn’t make you better. it makes you stuck. it kills your consistency, your confidence, and your ability to just try.
letting go of it doesn’t mean you’ve lowered your standards or gotten lazy. it just means you’ve decided to give yourself permission to be human again.
in this new video, I’m breaking down: 💭 why discipline feels impossible lately 💭 how perfectionism disguises itself as “high standards” 💭 and the practical mindset shifts that helped me finally show up imperfectly — but consistently.

Hiii!! I’m trying out a new format where I take one day of my life (a little vlog) and break it down to share what I actually learned from it
This one is about boundaries — because I crossed way too many of mine in one day 😂 and I wanted to talk through it honestly.
The video is pretty short (around 5 minutes), but let me know what you think of this style!!
Here are the sections if you want a quick glance:
• what’s in my WFC bag
• self check-in questions
• & some evy tips!
Watch it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GYh7y...
Hope you like it 💙
