Happy Thanksgiving to all you beautiful folks out there!
Hope you all get at least a little time off from the daily grind and find your way to some delicious food.
Thanksgiving has always been a big day for me, growing up the extended family would come to our house, growing up Italian, cooking for big numbers of folks just became normal.
In 96 I’d join the Air Force and while I could rarely cook for relatives, I began to cook for my Air Force family, and the tradition lives on today as the smells of dressing, sweet potatoes and other assorted Thanksgiving necessities permeate the air.
I’ll be spending this year with friends who have become family, and I truly hope you’re surrounded by amazing people as well!
