If you’ve ever wondered what Reiki healing is or what happens in a Reiki session, Reiki Renewal is a gentle place to experience it for yourself.
Reiki Renewal is a live online Distant Reiki Healing session, held every Thursday at 11am UK time. It’s designed for those moments when your energy feels heavy, your mind feels full, or your body feels tired in a way rest alone doesn’t quite touch.
This is a space to pause, soften, and allow your nervous system to settle.
You don’t need any experience with Reiki energy healing therapy. You don’t need to share anything. You simply arrive as you are and receive.
Each session includes EFT tapping, breathwork, and meditation on a different theme to help release tension and open your energy flow. I then guide a soothing visualization while channeling Distant Reiki Healing to support emotional release, grounding, and deep restoration.
Many people join for Reiki for anxiety, Reiki for stress relief, emotional healing, trauma healing, Reiki for pains and aches or grief recovery. Reiki works gently with the body’s energy system and can support mental and emotional wellbeing alongside therapy.
Some people feel warmth or tingling.
Some feel lighter and clearer.
Some simply feel deeply rested.
