A massive shout-out to everyone who hung out with us during the live stream last night, and to those who are still catching the replay we appreciate you!
Just wanted to drop a quick update: I successfully connected with the court reporter, and the transcript request/submission is officially done and done‼️Hopefully, we should be hearing back today regarding yesterday's transcripts.
Join us live today. we might just get some news this afternoon! Plus, we are looking at potentially having transcripts for every single day that there is a hearing this week.

-opening statements with the photos of the Celeste body in the Celeste Tesla.
-Parents in the court room, very emotional. (My assumptions, this is the first time they have seen these pictures of Celeste).
-Male and Female deputy in February 202
-David met Celeste Rivas Hernandez in Facebook
Associate Press Details:
* When D4vd entered courtroom, he appeared upbeat and energetic.
* Earlier today in court ...Prosecutors showed grisly photos of the dismembered and decomposing body of Rivas Hernandez as a homicide detective found it in the front trunk of a Tesla registered to Burke on Sept. 8, 2025. Det. Joshua Byers of the Los Angeles Police Department testified that he found the head and torso in a body bag, and arms and legs in a garbage bag underneath it.
Rivas Hernandez's parents were in court along with dozens of reporters and members of the public who got their seats through a lottery drawing.
