We’re Jeff & Claire, and despite our life motto being “do what’s easy,” we did the exact opposite.

We traded steady routines and life on land for something far less predictable: living and working aboard a sailboat.

Like many people, we were told that traveling the world was something to save for retirement. We didn’t buy into that. Instead of waiting, we sold everything and went all in - choosing adventure now, not “someday.”

What started as a plan to explore the U.S. East Coast, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean has grown into a much bigger dream. And we’re just getting started.

We share what life is really like with balancing remote work and sailing, planning passages, upgrading our boat, discovering new places, and learning along the way.
