Amici Pizzeria & Bar has officially opened at Damonte Ranch Town Center in south Reno, NV, bringing a full-service Italian-American concept to the center.
Damonte Ranch Town Center sits in a trade area of 6,000 single-family homes and 1,200 apartments. That kind of density, paired with a daytime population of 52,938, keeps restaurant and retail demand steady, and shows why strong restaurant and retail concepts are drawn to the location.

We’re pleased to share progress at Adelanto Place, our upcoming retail center located at Highway 395 & Desert Flower Road in Adelanto, California. This 53,500 sq. ft. The project continues to gain momentum with a strong tenant mix, including McDonald’s, Starbucks, Poppy Carwash, and Los Alazanes Mexican Restaurant, each contributing to the center’s future as a key destination for the local community.
