Imagine prime Shaquille O' Neal dropped straight into today’s NBA suited up in a Warriors jersey, surrounded by Stephen Curry. Could the league even handle it?
Shaq was the most dominant paint presence in basketball history. At 7’1”, 325 pounds, his physicality and footwork made him virtually unstoppable near the rim. In his peak years, he averaged 29 points and 13 rebounds while shooting over 57% from the field numbers that look just as terrifying now as they did in the early 2000s.
Now add the Warriors’ system: floor spacing, constant ball movement, and elite shooting pulling defenders out of the paint. With Curry and Hield stretching defenses to the arc, Shaq would have the lane all to himself. No double teams from clogged defenses. No bigs strong enough to hold their ground. Just pure destruction at the rim, over and over again.
Some might argue pace-and-space basketball would expose Shaq defensively, but remember, the man was quicker than people give him credit for. In today’s NBA, he might not only dominate, he might redefine what dominance looks like.
👉 What do you think: Would Shaq in today’s game be even scarier than he was in his era?

Tracy McGrady:
"I’m not saying I’m Kobe. But you don’t have to be Kobe to win a championship with Shaq. D-Wade proved that, didn’t he? We’re only talking about a small stretch in my career when I was considered a top-five player in the NBA. Based on who Shaq was at that moment in time—throw me in there, and I truly believe we would’ve won a championship."

If this happens…maybe the NBA really is scripted.
But f—k it, let’s do it.
In truly tragic news, Fred VanVleet has suffered a torn ACL. He is THE leader of a franchise with championship hopes. A franchise that, by the way, traded for KD just 3 months ago.
Something else also happened about 3 months ago: Russell Westbrook became a free agent.
Rockets need a point guard.
Russ needs an opportunity.
The NBA needs a story.
Are you thinking what we’re thinking…?

LeBron vs NBA Franchises 👑
Lakers 32. Celtics 21. Warriors 11. Then comes LeBron with 10 on his own 🔥. More than the 76ers (9) and Knicks (8). One man, matching up with entire franchises.
How many more will the King add? 👀

Monstar!! The crazy thing is when his team won the chip.
How come they couldn't win multiple chips in a row? The folks say he was the most dominant in NBE history ,so why didn't he take over and win the games when it mattered most??
