Really thrilled to be able to share my first orchestral work, "Nyirrimarr Ngamatyata" which premiered last night with a performance by none other than the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra.
I know that my La Monte Young 'Well Tuned Piano' homage got a lot of love, well I'm here to tell you that I've got a new mini-album of tracks all composed in his tuning system. It's called Music from 'The Third' and it's out on Bandcamp this Friday. You can pre-order and hear the track "Portals" here. I have a feeling if you like The Well-Tuned Synthesizer and micro-tonal music in general, you're going to dig this :)
