Hi, I'm Anthony.
I made videos about the journey of loving and owning your attention. I shared my work with mindfulness, minimalism, habits, improving focus, and intentional living so that you can learn and grow along with me.
Not making videos currently, may again some day once I feel ready. Currently gathering context, experiences, and learning to share. Turns out it's hard to have a meaningful epiphany 2-3 times per week to feed the algorithm didn't feel great.

Really enjoyed this conversation with Sabih — I haven't been able to make content about all this stuff yet, so it's a great way to get all the latest things I'm thinking about and working on. Enjoy!

Despite the silly thumbnail, this video will be super helpful if you're working on getting in the flow! This is how I get down to work when I'm feeling overwhelmed or dealing with "bouncy ball brains" and jumping from task to task. New video coming soon, too!

Hey Twitch Breakers! All of the videos we had planned for April are feeling less appropriate given the turn of events. We want to make the most helpful content we can right now, be it simply light-hearted or more action-oriented challenges. What are you most interested in right now? I appreciate your help. If you don't see what you're interested in here, leave a comment with suggestions.

We've been working hard behind the scenes to make some big decisions about where Break the Twitch is headed in the coming year. Amy and I have had to take a bit of our own medicine when it comes to slowing down, allowing some space for processing, and turning inward to really zone in on how we want to be showing up in this online/video space.
I saw these words from Miles Davis recently, "Sometimes you have to play a long time to be able to play like yourself." and it really stuck with me. I deeply value authenticity and I've always spoken from the heart in what I make here—but I want to go deeper in exploring what that means—learning to "play like myself" as Miles Davis said, without feelings of imposter syndrome (we all get it) or feeling like it needs to be something that looks or feels like "what it's supposed to look like".
I love this YouTube community that has gathered around Break the Twitch and it's a true privilege that I get to be a part of it—I'm excited for where we're going and I hope you'll continue on with us as we learn together. Have a wonderful holiday and I'll see you soon. :)
Respectfully,
Anthony
